Unfortunately the weather has not been on our side so far this Spring. Thank you to the Parks & Rec for monitoring and protecting our grass fields. The current status is that all (grass) fields remain “soft to unwalkable” in some areas. We are hoping that increased temperatures next week will dry out the ground, allowing Parks & Rec to open grass fields by the end of next week (week of 4/11). However, grass fields remain closed until further notice.
Certain sports are making alternative plans, so parents should check with coaches and/or their sports’ commissioners for updates.
