RJ has been playing and coaching lacrosse since 4th grade. (27 years). He played Defense at Pleasantville High School and College Lacrosse for the Ithaca Bombers. RJ has coached lacrosse at Modified, JV and Varsity levels and many youth programs in the area. He loves lacrosse because of all the places it has taken him and friends he gained along the way.
